Counseling for couples who struggle to communicate

Some days it feels difficult to remember that you and your partner are even in love…

When you bring up a difficult topic your partner shuts down… and the angrier and more helpless you feel.

You don’t want to just “sweep it under the rug” but you can’t agree. What are you supposed to do?

It feels like the only way they will listen is if you nag and nag and then yell, but that does not work either!

What if the two of you could learn to listen to each other and ACTUALLY resolve issues?

Imagine you both felt heard and seen?

What if you could reconnect physically and emotionally?

You deserve to feel safe and adored with each other! You deserve love that feels genuine, intimate, and lasting.

I want this kind of love for you!

So, let’s chat about it!

Even if you are just beginning to think about relational counseling — or if you are ready to schedule tomorrow — call, text, or email me to see if we are a good fit.

I work with couples to notice and heal messy relational patterns and trauma from childhood, the things keeping you from being able to be your authentic selves with each other, express your needs, and even be open to kind critical feedback… I use skills taken from Relational Life Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and The Gottman Method.

My education includes a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I currently practice as LPC #C7022.
